The vinyasa classes consist of exercises in which we strengthen and soften the body. Yin & yang come together here in a nice flow. We combine vinyasa flows with yin yoga poses and breathwork, making the body stronger, but also soothing at the same time. Working on strength from relaxation is the real magic for your body. You will notice if you do this consistently for a longer period of time that your body will change and you will feel more energetic.
