Trance music goes really deep in a sensitive way. Several sensations will flow trough the body which helps you to release negative emotions and energies.

I taught yoga classes in noisy surroundings where people still found the courage to practice yoga and mindfulness. The stillness can always be found within you. The rhythms of the trance music will help you to heal blockages in the body and mind and flow into stillness.
Assistant: Melanie Genssler
Melanie is assisting the flow through sensory stimulation via touch and aroma. Assists may be light body work and massages as you find yourself within the pose. Her intention is to provide a safe space for you to deepen your practice and feel safe to release your emotions and blockages.
